Tyler Fugitt is an Attorney with Franson | Iseley | Fugitt Mr. Fugitt received his Bachelor’s degrees in both Accounting and Finance from Florida State University’s College of Business in 2010, his JD from Florida Coastal School of Law with a Certificate in Business Law in 2014, and his MBA from Jacksonville University’s Davis College of Business in 2014 where he graduated suma cum laude and received the 2014 Outstanding Student Award which recognized him as the top student in his MBA program.

Mr. Fugitt was admitted to the Florida Bar and the Middle District of Florida in 2015.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, contracts, real estate, construction liens, payment and performance bond litigation, commercial liability insurance defense litigation, business purchase and sale transactions, business formation, construction project guidance, construction industry licensure, commercial collections, and business torts. Mr. Fugitt has significant experience litigating multimillion-dollar complex construction defect cases and class action lawsuits. Mr. Fugitt has served and currently serves a wide-variety of clients throughout the entire State of Florida, including, among others, small- to large-size businesses, corporations, shareholders, entrepreneurs, business owners, homeowners, landlords, tenants, condominium associations, homeowners associations, developers, commercial and residential real estate firms, architects, engineers and other design professionals, joint-ventures, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and various other construction sub-trades. Mr. Fugitt’s education, background and experience in business, finance, accounting, construction, litigation and the practice of law gives him a unique set of tools that have been and continue to be tested, trusted and proven in his practice.

Mr. Fugitt is an active member and proud supporter of the Northeast Florida Builder’s Association (NEFBA), the National Underground Contractor’s Association (NUCA), the St. Johns Builder’s Council. Mr. Fugitt also holds numerous leadership roles in NEFBA and other local trade and leadership organizations. Mr. Fugitt currently serves on the board of directors for NEFBA, St. John’s Builder’s Council and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for NEFBA’s Young Professional Group (YPG). Mr. Fugitt also co-founded NEFBA’s Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) in 2019. 

Mr. Fugitt currently lives in the San Marco area of Jacksonville with his wife, Caroline. He and his spending time together traveling and making memories with their friends and family. Mr. Fugitt is also an avid outdoorsman, hunter and competitive fisherman. He and has been blessed with many opportunities to travel to exotic destinations around the world big game hunting and sportfishing.
