Bryan R. Rendzio is a partner of Franson | Iseley | Rendzio, where his practice concentrates in business litigation with a particular emphasis on contract, construction and real estate disputes. Mr. Rendzio’s experience involves litigating a variety of insurance coverage issues, as well as construction defect actions, construction lien and payment/performance bond matters for owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, suppliers, sureties, insurance companies and condominium associations. He has prosecuted and defended construction defect matters involving, among other things, roof design, building envelope, water intrusion, general construction issues, mechanical equipment design and construction, EIFS-related issues and overall design defects.

Mr. Rendzio is certified by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Construction Lawyer and has achieved an AV® Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, which is the highest peer review rating available for ethical and legal ability. Mr. Rendzio also has an AVVO rating of 10/10. He was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers® magazine beginning in 2010 for construction litigation and recognized in Jacksonville Magazine’s 904 Top Lawyers in Jacksonville – 2012 for construction law.

In addition to his trial, arbitration and appellate experience, Mr. Rendzio is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, and in this role mediates all areas of civil litigation. His experience includes personal injury matters, medical malpractice lawsuits, aviation litigation, complex business disputes, insurance coverage disputes, securities matters, class action litigation, complex construction disputes (including multiple-party condominium defect lawsuits) and real estate lawsuits. Mr. Rendzio works with parties’ needs by maintaining a low hourly rate, as well as by eliminating most travel costs for mediations that occur outside of Northeast Florida. This permits parties to utilize Mr. Rendzio’s services throughout the United States.
