Tyler L. Fugitt is an Associate Attorney of Franson, Iseley & Associates. He received his Bachelor’s degrees in both Accounting and Finance from Florida State University’s College of Business, his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law with a Certificate in Business Law, and his M.B.A from Jacksonville University’s Davis College of Business where he graduated suma cum laude and received the 2014 Outstanding Student Award which recognized him as the top student in his M.B.A program. Mr. Fugitt’s practice concentrates in business litigation with a particular emphasis on contract, construction, real estate, business law, and commercial collection matters. Mr. Fugitt is an active member and proud supporter of the Northeast Florida Builder’s Association (NEFBA), Northeast Florida Underground Contractor’s Association and the Southwest Florida Underground. Mr. Fugitt also holds numerous leadership roles in NEFBA and other local trade associations. He was elected and currently serves as a board member on the St. Johns County Builder’s Council, as well as NEFBA’s Young Professional’s Group.
